Tracey Smith, of the Association of Reflexologists, explains the whats, whys, hows and benefits of Reflexology. I am very proud to be a member of this Association, having trained with them in 2004, and I'm still as passionate today about Reflexology as I was back then.
Pandiculation is natures re-set button. Its a way of restoring full muscle function and length to a muscle. Far more effective and safer than stretching...it re-boots the brains sensation and control of the muscles.
Very much like a good, long yawn (forget the social etiquette of covering your mouth!) Watch an animal as it gets up from rest. It doesn't stretch, it pandiculates...it arches its back, drops its belly and curves its body, legs and belly downward in a full body 'yawn'.

People living with chronic neck pain reported a 55% improvement after receiving weekly neck massages over a 10 week period;according to a 2009 study in the Clinical Journal of Pain. The participants scored a 39% improvement on the Neck Disability index, which is designed to measure the impact of pain.

Indian head massage is just one way of relaxing the muscles of the upper back, shoulders, neck and head. It not only relaxes physically, many clients have reported a feeling of calmness and clarity also.
Teamed up with some good friends, Gena King (Heart and Soul Healing ) and Sonya Hudson (Life body soul)
Workshops, talks, Reiki shares and training have been taking place.
Gena is a talented Reiki Master teacher who has guided many students through Reiki level 1 and 2. She is also a very intuitive reiki healer.
Sonya is an NLP Master practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression therapist, who runs many workshops and therapeutic relaxation classes.
I had the absolute pleasure of facilitating a talk on Reflexology at Sonya's wonderful therapy rooms, last Thursday evening. Thank you to everyone that attended and for your very interesting questions relating to Reflexology.
