Service Description

I offer this therapy as a tool for helping to heal the problems, associated with these times we are now living in, and I also give you the opportunity to connect to your 'higher self' and to ask it some questions. Using deep relaxation and breathing techniques I will guide you. At all times YOU will be in control. Everything that happens in the 1 1/2 to 2 hour session will happen because you are doing it on the inside. I can guide you to the door but its up to you to open it and go in, and its ok for you to have whatever experience you are going to have, not everyone is going to see and with some it takes time to retrieve. Sometimes it can be feelings or understandings, just like putting a puzzle together. Sometimes you get the corners or a random piece in the middle. Don’t worry if you cant visualise. You will find that your other senses will be heightened, some people can see and some can feel. Some hear and some see flashes of images. The longer that you spend there the more information that will come to you.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule you appointment please give a days notice if possible. If you fail to cancel your appointment or don't turn up you may be charged a cancellation fee
