A qualified reflexologist may be able to pick up lots of information about the state of the body by manipulating and performing certain moves on both feet and hands. Reflexology relaxes the body,it allows for toxin release and it improves the circulation. It may benefit many conditions * Migraine and headaches * Digestive disorders (including IBS) * Problems conceiving * Insomnia * Skin problems
