The image below shows the bones that make up the foot, and also the many ligaments that protect the bones.

Vertical Reflexology...or VRT as its known, may be beneficial for muscular ailments e.g

Sciatica

Piriformis syndrome

Lower back pain

Shoulder pain.

VRT was created by a Reflexologist called Lynne Booth. She was working in a care home at the time and many of her clients couldn't move from their wheelchairs.

She devised a two minute procedure on both feet, whilst the person was either standing or sitting, with both feet placed on the ground.

She had remarkable results and decided to incorporate VRT at the beginning and end of a conventional Reflexology treatment

I offer VRT, usually before the Reflexology treatment, but on occasion afterwards as well, and I've had very good results.
