My name is Elaine Parker and I am an Association of Reflexologists (AOR) Reflexologist,Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and a Master Reiki Practitioner.

I qualified as a Reflexologist with the Association of Reflexologists in 2004 and followed that qualification a year later with Advanced Reflexology.
More recently I gained a diploma in Neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy,training with Nigel Hetherington in Newcastle upon Tyne.

I am as passionate about Reflexology and its many benefits today as I was when I qualified in 2004. I am also discovering how the health and state of the mind and especially negative thinking can affect the physical health of the body.
