Guided Meditation 4th November

l will be hosting a guided meditation on Wednesday 4th November from 7.00pm until approx 7.45pm


This year has been an extremely stressful year for everyone and many people are feeling overwhelmed by this 'new normal' that we find ourselves in. Unable to meet our families and friends and unable to hug them seems intolerable. The need for human touch has never seemed more necessary than right now. With all of this in mind I want to create a peaceful, tranquil 45 mins of guided imagery.


Please don't see the word 'meditation' and think that you cant! With a guided meditation all that's required is that you listen to my voice and allow yourself to imagine


The benefits of guided meditation or imagery are numerous. It may help with:

Insomnia

Panic attacks

General anxiety

Feelings of overwhelm


It can relax the body and mind, which has a beneficial effect on both physical and mental health. This is investment time for you.


I am a firm believer that you cant pour from an empty vessel. You cant give to others if your own store of good health and energy is not replenished regularly
