Limbic Reflexology and how it may help with anxiety disorders

Our Limbic Brain is our survival machine. It allows us to laugh and cry and feel and control pain and fear.

It allows us to feel warmth and cold and also our sense of self. It also strives to maintain a balance.

When that balance becomes disrupted it can result in feelings of fear, anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia and also chronic pain.

Limbic Reflexology was created by an ex mental health nurse (now Reflexologist) Hamish Edgar, specifically to help those affected by the many and varied symptoms of Fibromyalgia. It has excelled in this endeavour and this has been borne out with research done at Glasgow University.

The Limbic Reflexes are situated on the big toes and I offer it as a stand alone treatment or as part of a classical reflexology treatment. I am a qualified Limbic Reflexologist, having done my training with Hamish in April 2019,

It may be helpful for:

Fibromyalgia

Insomnia

Chronic pain

ME

Menopausal symptoms

Anxiety and mood disorders

Post Trauma Symptoms
