When you book a session with me I will contact you beforehand and send you my questionnaire. Please complete as fully as you can and email it back to me. I will then ring you for an informal chat before confirming our appointment
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule you appointment please give a days notice if possible. If you fail to cancel your appointment or don't turn up you may be charged a cancellation fee
